1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context requires otherwise, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

• Single Account: You may register only one account with idn66. Creating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) is strictly forbidden and may result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.

4. Account Registration and Verification

4.1 Registration Process

To create an account with idn66, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian identity card (KTP) or passport, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and mobile phone number. The information provided must match the details on your government-issued identification documents.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. You agree to notify idn66 immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

idn66 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our compliance obligations, we require all players to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests. You may be required to submit the following documents:

• A clear, legible copy of your Indonesian identity card (KTP) or passport showing your full name, date of birth, photograph, and document expiration date.
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months, such as a utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence showing your name and current address.

5. Deposits and Payments

5.1 Deposit Methods

idn66 accepts deposits through Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata) and Indonesian e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah). The maximum single deposit amount is Rp 50,000,000 (fifty million Indonesian Rupiah) for bank transfers and Rp 10,000,000 (ten million Indonesian Rupiah) for e-wallet deposits. Higher limits may be available for verified VIP members.

Deposits are processed instantly during banking hours and typically within 15 minutes outside banking hours. idn66 does not charge deposit processing fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.

5.2 Currency

All transactions on idn66 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We do not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. All displayed amounts, betting limits, and bonus values are denominated in IDR.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Process

You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and fulfillment of any active bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name matching the name on your verified idn66 account.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 (one hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah). The maximum daily withdrawal limit is Rp 100,000,000 (one hundred million Indonesian Rupiah). Higher limits may be available for VIP members upon request.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 3 to 5 minutes during banking hours (08:00 to 21:00 WIB) and up to 15 minutes outside banking hours. First-time withdrawals may take up to 24 hours while we complete security verification. We reserve the right to conduct additional security checks on large withdrawal requests.

6.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Before requesting a withdrawal, you must wager at least 100% of your total deposit amount. This anti-money-laundering measure ensures that idn66 is not used as a payment processing service. Withdrawals cannot be processed if you have active bonus funds in your account with unfulfilled wagering requirements.

idn66 does not charge withdrawal processing fees. However, your receiving bank or e-wallet may apply their own receiving fees, which are beyond our control. Withdrawal requests can be cancelled by you at any time before processing is completed.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

idn66 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, VIP rewards, and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are clearly stated in the promotional material for each offer.

Bonus funds are separate from real money funds and are subject to wagering requirements (turnover requirements) before they can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is stated in each bonus offer, typically ranging from 5x to 30x the bonus amount. Different games contribute differently to wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, table games may contribute 10-20%, and some games may be excluded entirely.

Bonuses are for recreational players only. We reserve the right to cancel bonuses and void associated winnings if we detect abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, coordinated play with other players, exclusively playing low-risk games to clear wagering requirements, or any other activity we deem to be bonus abuse.

8. Game Rules and Conduct

8.1 Fair Play

All games on idn66 use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and random outcomes. Game results cannot be predicted or manipulated by idn66 or any player. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in real-time with actual physical equipment (cards, dice, roulette wheels).

You agree to use the idn66 platform in good faith for personal entertainment purposes only. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Collusion with other players or third parties to gain unfair advantage
• Use of bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to place bets
• Exploitation of software errors, bugs, or system vulnerabilities
• Fraudulent activity including chargebacks, use of stolen payment methods, or falsified documents
• Any form of cheating, hacking, or manipulation of game outcomes
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward other players or idn66 staff

8.2 Sports Betting

For sports betting markets including football (BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, Champions League, and other competitions), bets are settled based on official results as determined by the respective governing bodies. If a match is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be void unless otherwise specified in our sports betting rules.

idn66 reserves the right to void bets placed on matches where there is evidence of match-fixing, irregular betting patterns, or other integrity concerns. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win; if any selection is void, the entire parlay is typically void unless otherwise stated.

8.3 Lottery and Togel

For togel (lottery) products, draws are conducted at scheduled times as published on the website. Results are determined by certified Random Number Generators and are final and binding. Winning bets are paid according to the published payout odds for each bet type (4D, 3D, 2D, and special bet types).

9. Limitations of Liability

idn66 provides gaming services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime and service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions, technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.

We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of idn66 services, including but not limited to: financial losses from gambling activities, loss of data, unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security, or technical issues with your personal devices or internet connection.

Our maximum liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of idn66 services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the 90 days preceding the claim.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

idn66 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• You provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification
• You are found to be under 21 years of age
• You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• You create multiple accounts or allow others to use your account
• Your account shows signs of problem gambling behavior and we believe suspension is in your best interest
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority

Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of idn66 services. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of termination will be returned to you, minus any amounts owed to idn66 or obtained through breach of these terms.

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closures are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period during which withdrawal requests will be processed but the account cannot be reopened.
